About the Role
You will organize stakeholder needs and manage the full marketing research process, from research planning and questionnaire design through fieldwork control, data aggregation and analysis, reporting, and presenting findings. You will conduct recurring brand and usage surveys, NPS research, user analysis, campaign effectiveness measurement, and acceptance research for new services and features. You will also improve research operations by applying AI and other technologies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of research experience at a marketing research company, or experience using research data for planning proposals and analytical reporting at an operating company or consulting firm, or experience improving research operations using generative AI
Responsibilities
- Organize research needs with requesting departments
- Plan marketing research projects
- Create questionnaires
- Control fieldwork
- Aggregate and analyze research data
- Prepare reports and present findings
- Conduct tracking studies of awareness and usage intention
- Conduct NPS surveys
- Analyze PayPay users
- Measure campaign effectiveness
- Research acceptance of new services and features
- Improve research efficiency using AI and other technologies
