About the Role
You will lead the management and reporting of marketing data, analyse performance across communication channels and report on lower-funnel outcomes. You will develop systems and processes, implement training, manage customer communications and automation, coordinate day-to-day reporting, track ROI and KPIs, support digital campaigns, work with agencies and stakeholders, investigate new digital ideas, execute outbound digital activities, and present data and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing CRM and email software campaigns, calendars and agencies
- Good understanding of what makes a CRM or email campaign successful
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot with changing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proven track record of solving business challenges using data
- Highly competent user of Excel and data analysis tools
- High level of technical competency
- Passion for financial services, Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies
- Confident communicator able to present data to multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead management and reporting of marketing data

- Coordinate day-to-day reporting requirements
- Track performance and ROI of digital platforms against KPIs
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations
- Support digital activities and email marketing
- Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to align activity performance
- Investigate new digital ideas and monitor competitive promotions
- Coordinate, execute and report on digital outbound activities
- Present data and insights to stakeholders
