About the Role

You will analyze and improve manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes. You will support production operations, plan and develop processes and equipment, manage quality standards and documentation, train employees, coordinate certifications, conduct safety inspections, ensure equipment availability, and support equipment selection and procurement.

Requirements

Degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, production engineering, or process engineering, or equivalent qualification
At least five to seven years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing engineering
Project management experience
Knowledge of quality-management methods
Experience in automation technology or production-related manufacturing environments
Willingness to travel worldwide up to 30%

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
Monitor production operations and resolve faults sustainably
Plan, introduce, and develop production processes, systems, and machinery
Define, monitor, and improve quality standards
Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation
Deliver employee training
Support and coordinate production certifications, audits, and standards compliance
Conduct and document safety inspections
Ensure availability and operational safety of production equipment
Analyze processes and support equipment selection and procurement
