About the Role
You will set and drive product experience strategy with Product, Engineering, and senior leadership. You will lead and coach a team of four full-stack product experience professionals while contributing hands-on to discovery and design. You will shape interfaces, AI-assisted experiences, and agentic workflows for reporting, reconciliation, pricing, billing, accounting, configuration, identity, and risk capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in product design or UX
- Deep UX craft and business acumen
- Experience creating a clear product experience vision
- Ability to work across functions and levels, from engineers to executives
- Experience building and managing product experience professionals
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product experience strategy aligned with business goals and success metrics
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of four product experience professionals
- Contribute hands-on to solution discovery and design
- Ensure the quality of product experience work
- Shape traditional interfaces, AI-assisted experiences, and agentic workflows
- Design unified backend experiences across financial platform products
- Simplify pricing and automate invoicing at scale
- Strengthen identity, verification, and risk experiences
