About the Role
You will manage and grow Applied AI Architects supporting commercial customers. You will prioritize technical engagements, coach architects, build reusable implementation playbooks, work on customer deployments, partner with sales teams, share customer feedback with product teams, and represent technical solutions at customer events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical customer-facing experience
- 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing technical teams
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
- Familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and AI developer tooling
- Experience allocating technical resources in high-velocity sales environments
- Ability to build trust with technical and business leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and grow Commercial Applied AI Architects
- Own hiring, onboarding, goals, reviews, and career development
- Prioritize Applied AI engagements across a large customer portfolio
- Support consequential customer engagements from discovery through deployment and expansion
- Build technical playbooks and reusable assets for product integrations and deployments
- Partner with sales leadership and Account Executives on commercial strategy
- Translate customer implementation insights into Product and Engineering feedback
- Represent technical solutions at customer sites, workshops, roadshows, and events
- Maintain expertise in agentic architecture, evaluation design, context engineering, and developer tooling
