About the Role

You will model the performance of systems running AI training and inference workloads. You will design customer reference platforms with product and solutions architecture partners, monitor machine-learning research developments, and publish research papers and technical content.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of industry or research experience
• Background in machine-learning systems research, performance evaluation, and performance modeling
• Experience with machine-learning and deep-learning methods
• Knowledge of large language model training and inference frameworks
• Knowledge of AI compute, networking technologies, topologies, paradigms, and trade-offs
• Academic publications in relevant journals and industry conferences
• Ability to independently own projects from conception to completion
• Capacity to comply with U.S. export control laws
