About the Role
You will build applied machine-learning capabilities for interactive roleplay training. You will create models that listen to learner responses, evaluate performance, provide real-time coaching feedback, and determine how AI avatars respond. You will apply ML knowledge to product problems and contribute as a product-focused software engineer across different products.
Requirements
- Apply machine learning knowledge to real product problems
- Have at least 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years at senior level
- Have experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale
- Align with commercial success
- Work pragmatically and iterate quickly
