About the Role
You will plan, specify, design, and introduce AGV-centered automation systems for logistics and manufacturing sites. You will gather operational requirements, create proposals and estimates, coordinate vendors, manage quality and schedules, and support on-site launches.
Requirements
- Work experience in manufacturing, logistics, factory automation, industrial equipment, or a related field
- Experience advancing work while communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Business-level Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Knowledge or experience with AGVs, AMRs, material-handling equipment, or conveying equipment
- Knowledge of WCS, WMS, PLCs, control systems, or logistics systems
- Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors
- Experience launching equipment, conducting on-site adjustments, or commissioning
Responsibilities
- Plan and define specifications for AGV-centered logistics automation systems
- Gather customer requirements and operational workflows
- Propose automation configurations and prepare estimates
- Design integrated systems including material-handling equipment, peripherals, and control systems
- Coordinate technical work, schedules, and quality with vendors
- Manage implementation schedules and support on-site system launches
