Requirements
- Passion for bitcoin, Lightning, and financial freedom.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent external and internal communication skills.
- Ability to tackle open-ended problems using hypotheses, iteration, and impact measurement.
- Experience presenting or writing about bitcoin or Lightning.
- Experience working with emerging markets.
Responsibilities
- Embed in the global Lightning community, including end users, application builders, routing node operators, and protocol developers.
- Attract new developers by connecting them with builders and highlighting community projects.
- Organize developer and community calls and communicate Lightning Labs updates.
- Help product and engineering teams incorporate external feedback.
- Source potential customers interested in Lightning and stablecoin integrations.
- Support existing customers with software issues and feature explanations.
- Connect customers with ecosystem participants who can help them succeed.
