About the Role

You will serve as the sole in-house counsel, leading legal matters and advising leadership. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; support growth with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations; advise on regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and data matters; and establish legal processes, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm in a technology department or as in-house counsel at a technology company
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and hands-on SaaS agreement experience
  • Understand data privacy, cybersecurity, and relevant regulations
  • Be familiar with the crypto and Web3 ecosystem
  • Be a qualified lawyer with fluent or native-level English

Responsibilities

  • Lead all legal matters as the sole in-house counsel
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and partnership agreements
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to support business growth
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and MiCA
  • Support cybersecurity, privacy, and data-related legal needs, including DDQs
  • Build legal processes, templates, and best practices
  • Manage external counsel and optimize legal workflows
