About the Role
You will own and drive the end-to-end connectivity strategy across bank channels, money market fund platforms, ERP ecosystems, and other critical Office of the CFO integration points. You'll lead a dedicated multi-functional engineering team as the definitive product owner of the connectivity platform, balancing build-vs-integrate decisions to accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients. You'll evangelize an API-first approach, manage developer-facing documentation, own partner SDK lifecycles, expand the global banking network, and resolve conflicts across engineering, security, and banking partners to improve uptime and reduce latency.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with focus on API Platforms, Integration iPaaS, or Fintech Infrastructure
- Experience leading dedicated multi-functional engineering teams
- Deep understanding of systems and APIs including ISO 20022, NACHA, SWIFT gpi
- Experience building for a developer audience and writing API documentation
- Ability to unify a fragmented landscape of legacy banks and modern fintechs
- Deep expertise in enterprise ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Experience evaluating and expanding proprietary bank connectivity (preferred)
- Track record building and scaling developer experience including API portals, sandbox environments, OAuth/key management (preferred)
- Background in institutional or transaction banking including payment rails and bank statement formats like MT940, BAI2, CAMT (preferred)
- Familiarity with Money Market Fund portals and digital asset custody integrations (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, and PSD2/Open Banking compliance frameworks (preferred)

- Lead the Connectivity Team (Pod) as the definitive product owner
- Partner with engineering leads to build, scale, and maintain the connectivity platform
- Drive global connectivity coverage balancing build-vs-integrate decisions
- Evangelize an API-first approach within Ripple Treasury
- Manage and streamline developer-facing documentation and materials
- Own lifecycle management for partner SDKs and third-party connectors
- Drive interoperability with enterprise ERPs and money market fund portals
- Optimize and expand the global banking network
- Ensure resilient data exchange across ingress and egress pathways
- Resolve conflicts and drive alignment between Engineering, Security, and Banking Partners
- Improve uptime, reduce latency, and automate error handling
