Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO, founding engineer, or lead engineer in a $50M+ DeFi, Web2 financial, or Web3 project
- Experience managing senior development teams using agile methodologies
- Strong architecture and design mindset
- Knowledge of DeFi and account abstraction
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React, and Solidity
- Experience setting up scalable AWS infrastructure
- Experience supervising design and aligning it with product development
- Web3 community involvement through conference speaking or hackathon mentoring
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent English with strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in US Eastern or European time zones
Responsibilities
- Shape the future strategy, technology architecture, and global design
- Lead the engineering team technically to execute plans within budget and specified timeframes
- Supervise design and align it with development and the product roadmap
