About the Role

You will lead the planning and delivery of complex backend systems, drive the evolution of engineering architectures and operational standards, and own end-to-end delivery of mission-critical services. You will mediate technical decisions, define QA and CI/CD practices, mentor engineers, and maintain observability and production reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years in backend development with lead or senior level experience
• Deep expertise in the Node.js ecosystem
• Proven ability to mentor and influence technical teams
• Experience with data-intensive applications and databases such as Redis and PostgreSQL
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Strong testing practices including unit integration end-to-end and performance testing
• Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
