About the Role
You will investigate complex account and transaction support cases from start to finish. You will trace transactions across chains, verify account and wallet details, use blockchain data and internal tools, create auditable investigation records, and escalate recurring issues and policy gaps.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical, support, or operations role
- Ability to navigate blockchain explorers such as Etherscan and Solscan and read on-chain transaction data
- Meticulous investigation and documentation skills
- Strong written communication
- Ability to work within defined approval frameworks
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex account and transaction support cases end-to-end
- Trace transactions across chains and verify account and wallet details
- Document investigation facts in clean, auditable case files
- Use on-chain explorers, internal tools, and blockchain data across multiple chains
- Escalate recurring issues and policy gaps to support leadership
