About the Role

In this role you will conduct thorough KYB reviews for partners gather information verify documentation and assess risk in line with regulatory requirements You will analyze corporate structures to identify beneficial ownership and ensure compliance with KYB and AML regulations You will perform adverse media and risk screenings assessing potential financial crime reputational and regulatory exposure You will review partner business models and products to ensure alignment with internal compliance guidelines You will provide timely professional support to corporate customers on onboarding and compliance related queries You will partner closely with Compliance Legal and Enterprise Sales teams to manage escalations and resolve high risk or complex cases You will act as a KYB subject matter expert and escalation point for customer facing teams You will develop document and continuously improve KYB processes by identifying inefficiencies and driving data backed improvements You will support KYC onboarding and conduct enhanced due diligence where required You will contribute to project work training initiatives and enablement of teammates or BPO partners as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands on experience in corporate onboarding with strong knowledge of KYB KYC and AML regulations
• Experience working in fintech crypto or Web3 environments with an understanding of the regulatory landscape
• Strong research investigative and analytical skills with high attention to detail and sound risk judgment
• Ability to analyse corporate structures and beneficial ownership and clearly document findings
• Experience performing or supporting Enhanced Due Diligence on higher risk corporate entities
• Exposure to working with cross functional teams such as Legal Sales or Risk in regulated environments
• Experience in customer support or customer facing operational roles particularly onboarding compliance or verification related queries
• Strong interest in crypto blockchain and emerging Web3 business models
• Experience contributing to process improvements documentation or operational scaling initiatives

Responsibilities
