About the Role

You will learn to make markets, leverage proprietary technology, implement trading strategies, and contribute to trading teams including options market making, Delta One, volatility arbitrage, crypto, and quantitative strategy. You will use mental math, communication, and coding skills to respond accurately to changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Completed BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, or a related or equivalent field upon employment
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Numerical and quantitative analysis skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to react quickly and accurately to changing market conditions
  • Ability to solve math and coding problems quickly and accurately
  • Programming experience preferred
  • Major GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on the first day of employment
