About the Role
You will oversee the execution of client transactions, manage dealing desk operations, and ensure best execution standards. You will handle order reception, transmission, and execution across multiple platforms; maintain daily procedures, reports, and performance metrics; respond to complex trading queries; monitor trading system performance; assess market and regulatory developments; mentor junior dealers; lead departmental projects; and improve dealing processes, systems, and workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a dealing, trading operations, or capital markets role within a CIF, bank, or regulated financial institution
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platform mechanics
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and trading platforms, preferably MT4 and MT5
- Organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- CySEC Advanced Certificate is an advantage
