About the Role
You complete an extensive training program covering financial products, pricing strategies, proprietary trading systems, trading simulations and quantitative classes. After training, you join a trading desk, monitor markets, make rapid decisions and contribute to desk profitability.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Interest in trading and global financial markets
- Understanding of financial products
- Proficiency in Excel
- Interest in IT systems
- Affinity for development languages
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
- Ability to identify opportunities
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills
