About the Role
You will design and launch a global corporate mobile program, including device standards, logistics, enrollment, policies, lifecycle management, telemetry, and app distribution. You will build configuration-as-code workflows and partner on mobile security, device trust, travel devices, and BYOD boundaries.
Requirements
- 8+ years managing corporate device fleets at thousands-of-devices scale
- Global or multi-region mobile device program experience
- iOS device management expertise
- Android device management knowledge
- Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment knowledge
- Configuration-as-code experience
- MDM infrastructure experience
- AWS, GCP, Terraform, and self-hosted server experience
- Python and shell scripting proficiency
- GitOps and CI knowledge
- Endpoint security knowledge
Responsibilities
- Design the corporate-issued mobile device program
- Own global hardware procurement, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles
- Integrate mobile configuration into a configuration-as-code pipeline
- Build zero-touch enrollment for iOS and Android devices
- Own mobile policy, compliance, and device lifecycle management
- Build fleet telemetry for device, OS, patch, and configuration state
- Own managed mobile application distribution and update rollouts
- Partner on device posture, trust signals, and travel devices
- Define the boundary between corporate-issued devices and BYOD
