About the Role
You will join a team split between France and Germany, providing support for internal teams as part of a multi-skilled role covering internal infrastructure, workstations, technical environments (Linux/Windows), and security projects. You will support the overhaul and securing of internal IT infrastructure, participate in inter-team projects across France, Germany and Romania, implement common tools and processes at group level, and keep the internal information system running smoothly. You will provide N1/N2/N3 support for internal incidents, maintain internal IT tools such as Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Azure, MS O365, JIRA, Confluence and Gitlab, and administer the company network including firewalls and wifi.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Mastery of Linux Debian/Ubuntu and Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience of hosting and infrastructure issues
- Knowledge of networks, routing, switching and firewalls
- Professional level in both French and English, written and spoken
- Experience with virtualisation environments such as Proxmox is a plus
- Experience with desktop management tools such as Puppet, Salt and/or Intune is a plus
- Experience in an ISO27001 environment is a plus
Responsibilities
