About the Role
You will operate and improve core IT platforms through configuration, troubleshooting, and platform changes. You will manage Mac and Windows devices, apply security controls, support employee onboarding and offboarding, automate repetitive work, resolve escalated service-desk issues, and own workstreams for platform rollouts and upgrades.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT or workplace engineering experience
- Google Workspace administration
- Jamf or Intune administration
- Mac administration
- Windows administration
- SSE or web security tools
- Zero Trust
- Device trust
- Conditional access
- Jira Service Management or ITSM
- Terraform
- Configuration as Code
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
Responsibilities
- Operate and improve core IT platforms
- Manage provisioning, compliance, patching, and retirement for Mac and Windows devices
- Maintain device trust, DLP, and web-security policies
- Support and automate onboarding and offboarding access
- Automate repetitive work with scripts and platform automation
- Resolve L2 and L3 service-desk escalations
- Document recurring issue fixes
- Own workstreams for platform rollouts and upgrades
