Responsibilities

• Perform financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
• Build financial models using comparable companies, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methods
• Conduct due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation
• Identify and escalate transaction issues
• Draft management presentations
• Develop proposals and client presentations
• Draft marketing materials
• Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
• Research industries and sectors
• Streamline processes and propose solutions
• Develop client relationships and anticipate information needs
• Analyze macroeconomic factors affecting client industries
• Mentor summer interns and Analysts
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
