About the Role

You will perform financial and valuation analyses, build financial models, conduct due diligence and research transactions, prepare client presentations and marketing materials, participate in client meetings, support client relationships, ensure compliance, and mentor interns and less experienced analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with anticipated graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Internship or prior work experience in financial services preferred
  • Proven track record in university studies
  • SIE Exam before beginning employment
  • Series 79 within 90 days of employment
  • Series 63 within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions
  • Build financial models using comparable companies, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow methods
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of transactions
  • Identify and escalate potential deal issues
  • Draft management presentations
  • Develop and deliver proposals and client presentations
  • Draft marketing materials
  • Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
  • Research industries and sectors
  • Evaluate and improve BIC content
  • Streamline processes and propose solutions
  • Support client relationship development
  • Develop an understanding of macroeconomic factors related to client industries and investment banking products
  • Mentor summer interns and analysts
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures
