About the Role

You will support business development, transaction execution, and the delivery of investment banking products and services. You will conduct financial and valuation analyses, build advanced models, perform due diligence, research industries, prepare proposals and presentations, and participate in client meetings. You will manage client relationships, identify process improvements, monitor industry and macroeconomic factors, mentor analysts and interns, and ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA preferred
• Internship or prior financial services experience preferred
• SIE Exam before employment and Series 79 and Series 63 within required post-employment timeframes

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
• Review and guide analysts' work
• Build advanced financial models for clients and industries
• Lead due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation for transactions
• Develop presentations and test hypotheses to communicate analysis and research results
• Produce and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospects
• Develop marketing materials with analysts
• Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
• Research industries and sectors, monitor key drivers, and provide business-trend insights
• Identify process improvements and propose efficiency solutions
• Manage client relationships and communicate with finance and accounting staff
• Assess macroeconomic factors affecting client industries and investment banking products
• Train analysts and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
