Users can hold digital dollars and euros, receive and send international payments via dedicated US and European account details, invest in US stocks and ETFs, and spend globally with a card at market conversion rates. The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
Build ARQ's advisory function in Brazil by sourcing clients, constructing personalized portfolios, owning client relationships, and defining standards, processes, and tooling for future advisors.
Requirements
- 3+ years in investment advisory, private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office in Brazil
- Fluent English
- Proven ability to source and convert clients independently
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building portfolios across multiple asset classes
- ANBIMA certifications, with CPA-20 minimum and CEA preferred, and/or CVM registration as AAI
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard advisory clients from ARQ's existing user base, personal network, and outbound efforts
- Build and manage personalized portfolios across ARQ's products
- Own the full client relationship lifecycle from discovery through onboarding, review, and retention
- Bring client insights back to product to shape future offerings
- Define standards, processes, and tooling for future advisors
