About the Role
You will develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans. You will audit controls and compliance processes, investigate suspected fraud or misconduct, prepare audit and investigation reports, recommend corrective actions, support regulatory audits, and promote control improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or related fields at a bank or financial institution.
- Secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business and Economics, or a comparable field.
- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for technical investigation.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with an international company or working internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan.
- Conduct internal audits of controls and compliance.
- Review financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Investigate suspected fraud, misconduct, and irregularities.
- Prepare audit reports, recommendations, and action plans.
