About the Role
You will design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend web application components. You will deliver features, build APIs and microservices, optimize performance, deploy cloud applications, improve CI/CD automation, troubleshoot production issues, review code, mentor junior engineers, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack software-development experience
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python
- Familiarity with Go or willingness to learn Go-based services
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and familiarity with MongoDB
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing
- Knowledge of software design, application security, and performance optimization
- Experience with Git and version-control workflows
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend web application components
- Deliver medium-to-large features with senior engineers
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Optimize application performance
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Apply security, reliability, and performance practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineering leads
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Participate in code reviews
- Support and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards
