About the Role

You will support the startup, commissioning, configuration, and testing of PLC-controlled equipment at customer sites. You will connect HMI and PLC systems, validate hardware and Warehouse Management System integration, troubleshoot issues, and work with technicians and cross-functional partners to meet project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, robotics, industrial engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience with PLC systems, robotics, industrial networks, or interface operators
Experience with Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and HMI systems
Familiarity with ABB and Fanuc
Knowledge of Ethernet/IP and ProfiNet
Experience with Panel View Plus
Proficiency reading electrical drawings
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with Linux and Windows
Ability to provide remote system support using Remote Desktop, SSH, and web browsers
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Commission HMI systems and establish PLC connections
Conduct hardware testing against project specifications and industry standards
Test integration with customer Warehouse Management Systems
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve hardware and software issues
Support startup, commissioning, and testing of PLC-controlled equipment at customer locations
Participate in integration testing of adapter cells, storage solutions, safety systems, and WMS interfaces
Support control cabinet startup, software loading, configuration, and performance validation
Collaborate with engineering, software, and customer support teams
Commission PLC controllers and HMI systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues under senior guidance
