About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between payment processors, gateways, and internal platforms using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other technologies. Integrate payment provider solutions, troubleshoot transactional and connectivity issues, conduct integration testing across development, staging, and production environments, and apply payment industry standards and protocols to support secure payment processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience integrating payment systems and third-party services.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateways, processing systems, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Stripe, Square, PayPal, Adyen, ISO 20022, and EMV.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of API design, integration patterns, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and data management.
- Experience with tokenization and encryption methods in payment systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between payment processors, gateways, and internal platforms.

- Identify and resolve payment system integration issues.
- Resolve transactional failures, connectivity issues, and third-party service problems.
