About the Role
You will design and secure infrastructure systems across container isolation, orchestration, identity, secrets, networking, and cloud environments. You will harden workloads, implement access controls, review architecture and code, integrate security into deployments, and drive cross-cutting security improvements.
Requirements
- Cloud-native infrastructure and distributed systems security experience
- Infrastructure, backend, or security engineering background
- Multi-tenant or high-scale environment experience
- Containerization and orchestration knowledge including Kubernetes
- Isolation mechanism experience
- Authentication, authorization, and service identity knowledge
- Secrets management and credential security experience
- Networking knowledge including segmentation and service communication
- Experience designing and implementing security systems
Responsibilities
- Design and improve isolation mechanisms for multi-tenant workloads
- Strengthen boundaries between customers, workloads, and internal systems
- Identify and mitigate distributed-compute risks
- Secure containerized workloads and orchestration systems
- Design authentication, authorization, and service identity systems
- Build and maintain secrets, token, and credential management systems
- Improve network boundaries, service segmentation, and access controls
- Embed security into infrastructure-as-code and deployment systems
- Review architecture and code for security risks
- Drive cross-cutting security improvements
