About the Role
You will lead IT operations across APAC sites, maintaining reliable and secure enterprise systems and data-centre infrastructure. You will manage networks, servers, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, service management, vendors, assets, budgets, incidents, and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience in regional or multi-site environments
- Enterprise networking experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet
- Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Server repair experience
- Data-centre technician background
- Familiarity with IT hardware and data-centre environments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-on/3-off schedule, including nights
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations across APAC sites
- Ensure availability of enterprise systems and site infrastructure
- Manage regional network infrastructure and server environments
- Maintain monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and security systems
- Own incident, problem, and change management
- Lead critical-incident escalations and root-cause analysis
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and compliance requirements
- Manage vendors, IT assets, procurement, and regional budgets
