About the Role

You will support multi-sector fixed-income portfolios, including portfolio construction, positioning, trade implementation, performance monitoring, risk exposure, and attribution. You will apply AI and data-driven workflows to reporting and analytics, partner with portfolio managers and technology teams, and help improve and scale investment processes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in asset management, trading, or investment analytics
• Strong understanding of fixed-income markets
• Experience applying data or AI concepts to real-world workflows
• Experience with Python, SQL, data tools, dashboards, or analytical reporting
• BA/BS required
• Progress toward CFA or CFA charterholder preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the management of multi-sector fixed-income portfolios across institutional and ETF mandates
• Assist with portfolio construction, positioning, and trade implementation
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and attribution
• Apply AI tools and data-driven workflows to portfolio monitoring, risk identification, reporting, and analytics
• Partner with portfolio managers and technology teams to improve investment-decision workflows
• Contribute to automation and scaling initiatives for investment processes
• Improve portfolio management workflows and integrate tools and analytics into Aladdin
