About the Role
You will own customer-experience readiness for launches from planning through operational handoff. You will create readiness plans, manage pilot support pods, develop launch materials, measure launch outcomes, and build frameworks for international expansion.
Requirements
- 4 or more years in support operations, program management, or product operations
- Experience owning launch readiness or go-live planning
- Experience launching products, market types, or geographies from the support side
- Experience building SOPs and training from scratch
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering
- Experience building processes in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Build and own CX readiness plans for new launches
- Embed with Product teams to identify support needs and launch risks
- Manage pilot support pods during incubation
- Produce training materials, SOPs, and QA criteria with Enablement
- Track contact rates, issue trends, and customer satisfaction
- Define stability criteria and hand off launches to scaled operations or partners
- Build readiness frameworks for international expansion
