About the Role

You will lead security incidents as a senior incident commander and serve as an escalation backstop. You will own the regional 24/7 coverage model, response SLAs, and on-call rotation. You will develop senior responders, lead incident communications, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, and drive post-incident remediation.

Requirements

• Senior incident-command experience at organizations facing sophisticated threat actors
• Experience managing and growing senior incident-response teams
• Experience designing or running a 24/7 on-call program
• Ability to manage technical containment and executive, legal, and customer communications
• Experience making disclosure decisions under regulatory and customer reporting timelines
• Experience leading incidents across security, infrastructure, and physical or facilities teams

Responsibilities

• Lead incidents as a senior incident commander and escalation backstop
• Own the regional 24/7 coverage model, rotation discipline, and response SLAs
• Build and develop a team of senior incident responders
• Drive executive, legal, customer, and regulated incident communications
• Coordinate incidents spanning cyber, physical, and OT surfaces
• Run post-incident reviews and drive remediation to completion
• Define agentic triage escalation criteria and feed learnings into detection engineering and threat intelligence
