About the Role
You will interpret and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the crypto and fintech sector. You will research legal regulations (financial, hardware production, data protection, cybersecurity) primarily within the EU and cooperate with external advisors. You will advise on legal aspects of new features and product launches, provide guidance on contractual, regulatory, and employment matters, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and monitor legislative changes in the EEA, UK, and USA that could impact operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal role preferably in financial regulation or other regulatory field
- Familiarity with Czech and EU regulatory environment
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear actionable advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience conducting legal research
- Proficiency with technology and legal research tools
