About the Role
Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients using the Smart Size Chart product, configure client requirements within Bold Metrics systems, troubleshoot data and front-end issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams, support clients, improve onboarding documentation, and validate product releases and bug fixes.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and fluent spoken English.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and other web technologies.
- Previous experience with React.
- Experience with product data, spreadsheets, or data mapping workflows.
- Strong independent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple implementations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Remote distributed-team experience is a plus.
- Background in eCommerce, apparel, or sizing-related products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients using the Smart Size Chart product.
- Translate client requirements into configuration and setup, including size chart mapping and product data integration.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues across data, configuration, and front-end behavior.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues and refine workflows.
- Act as a technical partner to clients, guiding best practices and optimizing setup accuracy and performance.
- Streamline onboarding, improve documentation, and reduce time-to-launch.
- Develop knowledge of products and client integrations to support internal teams.
- Partner with clients on expansion initiatives and ongoing support.
- Support quality assurance by validating new features, site implementations, and bug fixes.
