About the Role
You will plan, design, and implement human resources strategies, systems, and initiatives. You will work with leadership and business functions to identify people-related issues, analyze data and interview findings, develop hypotheses, and drive improvements. You will research talent-market and compensation trends, introduce new programs, evaluate their impact, and continuously refine them.
Requirements
- Practical experience in at least one human resources area, such as HR planning, HR systems, performance evaluation, compensation, grading, labor relations, HRBP, talent development, organizational development, recruiting, or talent management
- Experience planning, operating, improving, or supporting the introduction of HR systems or initiatives
- Experience addressing HR issues while collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including management, business departments, and employees
- Ability to analyze issues using data, formulate hypotheses, and drive initiatives
- Ability to organize ambiguous issues and involve stakeholders to move work forward
Responsibilities
- Plan, propose, and design human resources strategies, systems, and initiatives
- Design systems for grades, performance evaluation, compensation, employment, promotion, transfers, and talent management
- Plan and drive human resources initiatives based on business growth and organizational issues
- Identify human resources issues, organize discussion points, and develop initiatives with leadership and business functions
- Analyze issues and formulate hypotheses using data and stakeholder interviews
- Research and analyze global talent-market and compensation trends
- Implement systems and initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and continuously improve them
