About the Role
You will lead high-value data and evaluation projects that support model development. You will measure data impact, validate data quality, improve annotation workflows, manage resources and timelines, coordinate engineering and operations stakeholders, and use data insights to improve planning and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering, research, product, or annotation and operations groups
- Experience analyzing datasets to identify trends, anomalies, quality issues, or integrity problems
- Weekend work may be required
- Travel to other locations may be required
Responsibilities
- Translate model and engineering needs into data projects and evaluation strategies
- Deliver critical data and evaluation projects end to end
- Measure data effectiveness and quantify data impact
- Validate factual accuracy and maintain data integrity and truthfulness
- Research and apply data collection, annotation, generation, and multimodal integration techniques
- Shape model behavior and improve annotation workflows
- Manage plans, resources, and timelines for data management, optimization, and analysis
- Coordinate engineering, technical staff, and Human Data stakeholders
- Scale projects, contribute to demand forecasting, and report status, insights, and blockers
