About the Role
You will help design, scale, and support HPC and storage systems across on-premises and cloud clusters. You will troubleshoot operating system, storage, network, and infrastructure issues, support CPU and GPU compute capabilities, and work with software engineers to provide an integrated research platform.
Requirements
- Linux systems knowledge
- Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Cloud platform knowledge including AWS GCP or Azure
- Interest in high-performance computing environments
- Infrastructure troubleshooting ability
- Collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design and support HPC and storage systems across on-premises and cloud clusters
- Troubleshoot operating system storage network and infrastructure issues
- Support new research infrastructure technologies and methodologies
- Manage CPU GPU and specialized compute capabilities
- Work with software engineers to provide an integrated research platform
