About the Role
You will lead grid-connection studies, ensure grid-code compliance, and manage agreements with grid operators. You will specify and oversee substations, transformers, and protection systems, and plan capacity growth with utilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years in high-voltage and medium-voltage power systems
- Experience connecting large loads is preferred
- Knowledge of Nordic grid codes and transmission operator processes
- Fluent English
- Finnish language skills are a plus
