About the Role
You will lead the transformation of the software development lifecycle by integrating Generative AI agents into development workflows, implement LLM-powered automation for code review and test generation, and design secure, scalable blockchain architectures. You will perform deep architectural reviews, resolve mission-critical bottlenecks, mentor engineers, define squad-level metrics for quality and velocity, and translate technical risks into clear business outcomes while maintaining operational rigor and security.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in senior leadership (Director/Head level)
- Proven experience with Blockchain protocols and blockchain architecture
- Proven experience integrating Generative AI and LLMs into products and SDLC
- Demonstrated ability to scale systems (10x traffic growth) and manage large engineering organizations (45+ engineers)
- Deep architectural expertise in high-availability and secure systems design
- Hands-on leadership ability to perform technical deep dives and mentor teams
Responsibilities
- Pioneer AI-augmented SDLC transformation
- Lead implementation of LLM-powered agents for automated code reviews, synthetic test generation, and self-documenting codebases
- Design and oversee secure, scalable blockchain architectures and high-availability systems
- Perform deep-dive architectural reviews and solve mission-critical bottlenecks
- Mentor engineering staff on complex debugging and technical growth
- Scale the engineering organization and embed AI-native workflows
- Translate technical risks into clear, actionable business outcomes
- Establish squad-level metrics for quality and velocity
- Define security protocols that balance rapid shipping with rigorous security
