About the Role
You will lead the Cyber Defense Center and continuously develop its strategy, capability, and platforms. You will oversee security monitoring, event triage, incident handling, on-call operations, threat hunting, threat intelligence, incident response, and security-status reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science with a cybersecurity specialization or comparable education
- Several years of leadership experience
- Several years of experience in a Security Operations Center or Cyber Defense Center
- Understanding of modern cybersecurity architectures
- Cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, or detection engineering knowledge is an advantage
- Communication skills across organizational levels
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Cyber Defense Center's vision, strategy, and capabilities
- Ensure security monitoring, event triage, incident handling, and on-call operations
- Coordinate incident response for security-critical incidents
- Develop detection capabilities and conduct threat hunting
- Lead cyber threat intelligence and integrate threat information into detection and response processes
- Develop cyber-defense platforms with engineering and operations
- Produce regular reports on security status and Cyber Defense Center effectiveness
