Hut 8 develops, commercializes, and operates an integrated portfolio of power, digital infrastructure, and compute assets. Its power business acquires, develops, and manages energy assets such as interconnects, substations, switchyards, generation assets, and related electrical systems. It also designs and operates purpose-built facilities and deploys specialized hardware for energy-intensive applications, providing exposure to markets including AI and Bitcoin mining.

About the Role
You will own the architecture and design of data centers and offices, direct top architecture and design firms to realize a cohesive architectural language, and collaborate with engineering and development to deliver lasting, civic-scale facilities within constraints.
Requirements
- Vision-setting: A proven track record of creating and defending distinct architectural identities, rather than project execution alone.
- Range across architecture, interiors, and site: Command of building form, refined interior environments, and the masterplanning of campuses and landscape.
- Client-side leadership: The ability to direct, evaluate, and challenge elite firms as a peer.
- Constraint fluency: Te ability to design within the power, cooling, security, and logistical demands of mission-critical infrastructure.
- Delivery: Experience leading large-format, capital-intensive projects taken from concept to completion, on schedule and on budget. Prior exposure to hyperscale, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the architectural language of our infrastructure, a coherent identity spanning building form, exterior expression, and interior environments.
- Define our campus model, including the public, landscape, and amenity program of each site.
- Direct top third-party architecture and design firms to develop and realize that vision, holding them to the standard you set.
- Lead internal and external project teams to deliver large-format projects on schedule and on budget.
