About the Role
You will lead hardware builds and deployments, assemble mechanical and electrical systems, fabricate test parts, and handle facility requests. You will work with tools and hardware assemblies, collaborate on process improvement and design feedback, operate shop equipment, and travel domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- Technical training, trade school certification, Associate degree in Engineering Technology, engineering degree, or related industry experience
- Experience designing, assembling, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Fabrication or machine shop experience
- Experience working with small and fragile components
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate shop equipment
- Ability to climb ladders and work in awkward positions
Responsibilities
- Lead product build and deployment
- Assemble mechanical and electrical systems
- Fabricate test parts through cutting, bending, drilling, and welding
- Handle general facility requests and 5S
- Collaborate on process improvement and design feedback
- Operate shop equipment
- Travel domestically and internationally
