About the Role
You will build and scale commercial systems, processes, and AI-driven automation. You will automate manual go-to-market workflows across lead generation, scoring, routing, outreach, data enrichment, and performance monitoring. You will own the architecture and standards for AI-enabled automation, implement workflows in HubSpot, integrate tools such as Claude, and deliver use cases from idea through production in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Extensive track record working with HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data models
- Experience with complex workflows and automation
- Hands-on use of LLMs such as Claude in production workflows using n8n, APIs, or similar automation frameworks
- Experience applying AI to lead scoring, prioritization, personalization, data classification, and enrichment
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations
- Ability to integrate AI into systems
- Eligibility to live and work in Berlin
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain HubSpot automation, including workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle management
- Define and own the architecture for the AI-driven GTM engine
- Set standards for building, evaluating, and scaling automation and AI across commercial teams
- Design and implement rules-based and AI-assisted lead-scoring models
- Manage HubSpot connectors to Claude and other tools
- Improve compliant data, lead-generation, and enrichment processes
- Transform manual GTM processes into scalable agentic processes
- Build and implement AI-driven automation use cases from idea to production
