About the Role
You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows that reduce manual work across go-to-market, operations, and finance. You will partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, integrate AI systems with business tools, create reusable automation patterns, and measure outcomes. You will also develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure workflows are reliable, auditable, and safe.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production automations or applications
- Familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting strategies, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows
- Strong Python, SQL, and system design skills, including APIs, webhooks, and orchestration layers
- Systems-thinking approach to security, auditability, and blast radius
- Experience operating cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication flows
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n
- Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and other business tools
- Build reusable automation services, patterns, and shared templates
- Own experiments end to end, from identifying opportunities through measuring impact
- Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for reliable, auditable, and safe AI workflows
