About the Role
You will design and ship production AI systems powering GAMED. You will build AI-powered product features, including recommendation, ranking, moderation, retrieval, and agent systems. You will develop and optimize RAG pipelines, work with LLM ecosystems and open-weight models, create evaluation and testing frameworks, and optimize inference, retrieval, and deployment performance. You will collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable systems used by real users.
Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering.
- 3+ years building applied ML or AI systems in production.
- Strong Python expertise.
- Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent systems.
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.
- Understanding of model evaluation and deployment strategies.
- Experience balancing quality, latency, and infrastructure cost.
