Fin builds the operating system for cross-border payments, replacing traditional multi-intermediary banking networks with a unified liquidity network that settles transactions in minutes rather than days. Its modular APIs cover pay-ins and pay-outs via bank transfers, wires and stablecoins, crypto pay-in/out directly from exchanges, multi-currency international virtual accounts (USD, AED, EUR, INR), named USD SWIFT accounts, and wallet-as-a-service for launching fiat and stablecoin wallets. The company operates a licensed network across 30+ countries and 40+ currencies, holding registrations such as a Payment Services Provider license in the UAE and a Virtual Asset Service Provider license in Lithuania, with US bank sponsorship pending. About the Role
You will lead AI adoption across an engineering organization, ship production AI systems, and build AI-native infrastructure. You will develop integration agents, universal adapters, automated QA, and code-generation capabilities. You will coach engineers on AI-first development practices, own reliable delivery, establish tooling and processes, and work with the CEO on technical strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Production experience in stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, or payments APIs
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs such as Claude or GPT-4
- Experience teaching engineers and elevating team capabilities
- Experience managing engineering teams with 5 or more direct reports
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development workflows, including Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Temporal
Responsibilities
- Lead AI initiatives, including integration agents, universal adapters, automated QA, and code generation
- Teach and coach engineers on AI-first development practices
- Own engineering execution and ship reliable infrastructure on time
- Build the AI engineering function, including tooling, processes, and culture
- Work directly with the CEO on technical strategy and roadmap
