About the Role
You define and specify automation workflows for paid growth, translate them with engineers into agent automations, QA and improve agent outputs, refine AI-generated creative and copy, codify campaign rules and guardrails, monitor workflow performance, and apply systems thinking to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years in performance or paid growth
- Experience running campaigns at scale across major paid channels
- Systems thinking
- Ability to interpret performance data
- Prompt engineering curiosity

- Translate workflow specifications into agent automations
- QA agent outputs and define corrections
- Refine AI-generated creative and copy variants
- Define knowledge base inputs, rules, guardrails, and campaign logic

- Automate CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle workflows
