About the Role

You will identify and engage high-value liquidity providers, craft tailored value propositions, and support them in deploying and optimising capital. You will use on-chain data and analytics to prioritise targets, manage onboarding and yield optimisation, coordinate acquisition packages with BD and incentives, and track pipeline and TVL attribution.

Requirements

• Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations and fluent with on-chain data loop strategies aToken mechanics and risk parameters
• Experience in capital markets treasury or institutional business development within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFi
• Existing network among DeFi-native treasuries institutional allocators or custodians a strong plus
• Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets
• Self-starter able to build the LP growth function from scratch

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach high-value liquidity providers
• Use on-chain data and analysis to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patterns
• Structure narratives and value propositions for different LP profiles
• Manage ongoing relationships with key LPs including onboarding support yield optimization guidance and escalation handling
• Coordinate with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages
• Track LP pipeline and report on TVL attribution from growth efforts
